Having been instructed to advise on the acquisition of a holding which included land, a residential element and buildings, our team handled the conveyancing process. We then managed a programme of improvement and maintenance work, before securing tenants for the commercial and residential components. Our instructions included carrying out an in-depth review of the residential property’s condition, and ensuring it was fully compliant with all the relevant legislation. We continue to deliver ongoing management bookkeeping and VAT returns. We have also secured capital grant funding, and manage contractors to ensure work is completed in line with the conditions of such grant aid. By providing a mix of day-to-day services and strategic support, we have enabled our client to expand their investment portfolio with confidence and clarity.
